Addiction Therapy Services, a division of Hikma Community Health, serves healthcare providers and community organizations across the country. We offer a wide selection of Methadone (C-II), Buprenorphine (C-III), and Kloxxado® (naloxone HCl) medications that can help facilitate opioid addiction recovery.

Methadone is an FDA-approved medication used to treat opioid use disorder (OUD) as a medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
When taken as prescribed, methadone is safe and effective. As with all medications used in MAT, methadone should be prescribed as part of a whole-person approach that includes counseling and other behavioral therapies.

Buprenorphine is an opioid partial agonist that is FDA approved to treat opioid use disorder (OUD). It can help individuals achieve and sustain recovery as part of a medication assisted treatment (MAT) plan.
When taken as prescribed, buprenorphine is safe and effective. As with all medications used in MAT, buprenorphine should be prescribed as part of a whole-person approach that includes counseling and other behavioral therapies.

The Controlled Substance Ordering System (CSOS) is a secure, online portal for ordering Methadone (C-II) products. It’s a convenient alternative to the paper 222 form.

How it works
- Apply for a digital signing certificate via the DEA website.*
- Upon DEA approval, download your digital certificate.
- Contact Addiction Therapy Services for access to the CSOS portal.
- Our team will help you set up your account and provide training for using CSOS.
- Begin ordering products electronically.
*Note: Every individual who wants to sign electronic orders for controlled substances must enroll with the DEA to acquire a personal digital certificate. Application processing may take up to six weeks.
At this time, only Methadone (C-II) products can be ordered online via CSOS, our online ordering portal. We will be launching an online ordering option for Buprenorphine (C-III) products, Kloxxado® (naloxone HCl) nasal spay 8 mg soon and will notify customers when it becomes available. In the meantime, please use our ATS Product Order Form to order C-III products.
Our distribution center ships orders Monday through Friday. Next business day delivery by 10:30 am to most U.S. addresses via FedEx Priority Overnight. Tracking information will be emailed upon shipment of order.

Kloxxado® is a nasal spray that contains a single spray with 8 mg of naloxone HCl. Kloxxado® can be used by anyone to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose until medical help arrives.1 Each box of Kloxxado® contains two individually packaged single-spray devices.
